Cultural and Sports Facilities Building Fund

Summary of the Cultural and Sports Facilities Building Fund Program
Chapter 154 of the Ohio Revised Code authorizes the issuance of cultural arts and sports facilities bonds. These bonds are issued to provide funds for the planning, construction, renovation and expansion projects at Ohio’s non-profit theaters, museums, historical sites and publicly owned professional sport venues.
