Ohio Treasurer Richard Cordray will assist Ohio 's small businesses and the people they employ by injecting new vigor into an Ohio Treasury program which has gone virtually unused for several years. Some $500 million is available to help small business owners obtain reduced-rate loans, under Cordray's Small Business Linked Deposit program. Treasurer Cordray will meet with Mayor Jay Williams and his administration to discuss putting the program to greater use in Youngstown .
